What you have planned sounds really nice, but I agree with the other poster. I am almost positive that you cannot have a live band on the beach. Most beaches are public and that would constitute a noise violation.

Your best bet is to have your beach wedding and then go to a private room in a hotel or restaurant for a reception. Maybe there you will be able to hire someone to play music. A live band is going to cost, though, so I don’t know about that. And I don’t know if it would be worth it for a small wedding…..but that is your choice to make.

Once you find a perfect location, then you can look for a horse and carriage in that city.

Good luck with your plans!

Not sure that you can have a live band on the beach. Maybe you can do the beach wedding and have it be very intimate and private. Just you and family on the beach with a beautifal dress, barefoot…and then have a really nice reception with a band and everything that you want. Not sure how you will fit the horse and carriage with the beach wedding.

"’Elegant" is never free. The only place I can think of in Florida that can drive you up in a horse drawn carriage is DISNEY Weddings:

Disney does weddings very nice!
